To be honest with reading this year I came a long way I had good Teacher name Mr.Locker He has my respect for pushing me to reach a goal.With reading it help me think about where characters coming from I try to relate to relate with the setting and the author as I keep reading some books that I like. Some things that help me understand the book more is when I question the scene and whats happen and to connect and what would I do in this conflict. I like to makes notes in what I'm thinking and find out what is the purpose for this book.last thing I got say is reading can take you anywhere it's like taking a trip inside the books

Why are segrated

If there's anything I do not understand is the why do we people separate them selves from other. There's a lot of things that separate people such as clicks, crews,gangs,family,race,culture and money, and power. If would like to bring up that the outsiders was an amazing book because it talk about characters and how the are from different parts of towns and even though they like the same things the fight each other to be honest i live threw those things. Just because I from different block I'm some other block you be amazed in what you see in my block but I try to stay out of that fight. Another thing is money and power over others because people feel that we should be class by rich and poor class but in the end know matter what we do their still be gangs and money class and power but I give props to the people who is trying to get this messages around but some times when we do not agree there thing called violence

hey whats up this is chris here tell you people to look at my blog and tell me what you think. I would like to point out that this is my first time doing this blog so I might not be good at this blog thing but i try my best a little things about my self is I live in new york in the lower east side I live their my whole live.some other things is I'm an actor and a performer I love to dance and learning new moves , I love to act , hang out with some friends but when I come to school it becomes more seris so i code switch because I want to come to school like I come to a party lol at my free time I like to read. writing reflection

Well let me tell u that my teachers have me writing a lot and i mean a lot but it's all bad because now i learn how to take notes for myself so I can remember. When ever have a good idea or question i write it down. I like to free write and I write my feelings down plus like to write poems and hear is one because I'm moving on to the 8th grade. poem starts now , Its the last year so here I face my fears to let out some my tears were moving on but I'll never forget my peers all time we spent leaving my friends will leave a dent in my heart as I move on to the next stage I'll remember how I ae they say leaving middle school is a big change but I know nothing will be the same even though it's a new place it's the same game i wish all my friends good luck i hope i see u all after this next step

read reflection

Hello my name is Christopher Zapata. I'm currently in the 8th grade but when i hit the 8th grade i relized that i would have to read a lot more. But as an actor slash performer i was the kind of guy that just read monologues and lines and stuff like that. So, imagine if you had to read 25 books to pass the 8th grade. One of the "insiders" is my teacher Mr. Locker, who made the whole 8th grade read 50 books. And i thought 25 was a lot. But I dont hate reading in fact reading helps me as an actor and performer because it helps me understand the charcters and the settings to code switch.
when i read books i ask questions and think about what changes and problems the character is going threw some times i question the aurthur and wonder if he been threw the problem he expresses in the books. Their are a couple of books that i think are intresting the harry potter books are good and the outsider was a book that showed me how we as people that like the same things but we still seperate each other and class each other up. Another book is twlight I like the books but I'm not big on the movie I feel that they could have done better. But the bluford series are good but they need to work on their settings why does the story always starts out wit these boy or gurl went to bluford high shcool and they live in a beat up projects it' dangerous I'm sorry but they need to change up don't you think ? but over all I like read so leave some comments so i can read it lol
